TRAINING DEVELOPMENT

The training process in divided into modules.

Each module analyses two principles of individual tactics
(one for when in possession of the ball and the other for when not in possession)
and all of the techniques related to the position.

The minimum duration for each module is 4 sessions (one session per week)
and the maximum 12 (three sessions per week).

Each module can be developed for a varying number of sessions:

Each training session lasts 60 minutes, in which each player will carry out:

  •  individual activities relating to skills linked to their position;
  • activities (individual, in pairs or in small groups) relating to individual tactics (covering when in possession and when not in possession of the ball) linked to their position;
  • inter-position activities, one-on-one, tests, with players of other positions within predetermined times and spaces.

Potential combinations include:

– attack v/with defence;
– attack v/with midfield;
– defence v/with midfield.

Each group is made up of a maximum of 10 players prepared by a professional specialist coach.
